Mandatory Skills

Technical Proficiencies:

• Expert-level UI design and development experience in cloud environments, with demonstrated ability to create and maintain modern web applications while following industry best practices
• Strong proficiency in core web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSON, and RxJS, with the ability to implement complex user interfaces and handle asynchronous operations
• Advanced experience with Angular and AngularJS frameworks, including TypeScript development and implementation of component-based architectures

Framework & Library Expertise:

• Demonstrated experience working with specialized libraries including OpenLayers for mapping functionality, FullCalendar for scheduling components, and PostgreSQL Datatables for data management
• Professional experience with Hibernate ORM and Java Spring Boot framework for backend development
• Proficiency in working with NgBootstrap components and implementing responsive design patterns

Development Practices:

• Proven experience working in Agile development environments, including participation in sprints, standups, and iterative development cycles
• Demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and develop system enhancements and new capabilities for existing applications
• Strong understanding of JavaScript framework standards and best practices, including code organization, testing, and performance optimization
