Clearance Requirements
- Current Status: Uncleared acceptable
- Requirement: Must be clearable U.S. Citizen
- Future: Must be willing to obtain TS/SCI in the future
- Note: Clearance process will be initiated after hiring
Education Requirements
- Required: BS in EE/CE/CS or related field
- Preferred: MS degree
- Level: Mid to Senior level candidates
- Transcript: Required for submission
I&T Systems Engineer Specific Requirements
Domain Experience (ONE REQUIRED)
- SBAS: Satellite-Based Augmentation Systems
- ATM: Air Traffic Management
- CNS: Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance
Integration & Test Focus
- SW Focus: Software integration and testing emphasis
- Systems Integration: Hardware/Software integration experience
- Test Planning: Test strategy and execution experience
Common Requirements (Both Positions)
Systems Engineering Core
- Architectural Design: Systems/subsystems with software focus
- Requirements Analysis: Requirements development and management
- Systems Design: End-to-end system design experience
Programming Skills
- Highly Preferred: C/C++ and/or Python experience
- Software Integration: HW/SW integration experience
- Development Process: Understanding of software development lifecycle
Domain Expertise (ONE REQUIRED)
- Signal Processing: Digital signal processing systems
- Communications Systems: RF, satellite, or terrestrial communications
- GEOINT: Geospatial intelligence systems
- GPS/GNSS: Global positioning and navigation systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Aviation Systems: Experience with avionics or flight systems
- Safety Standards: DO-178B/C, DO-254 knowledge
- Model-Based Systems Engineering: SysML, UML experience
- System Simulation: Modeling and simulation tools
- Project Management: Experience leading technical projects
Key Responsibilities
- Design system architectures with software focus

Compensation
