Job Description
This position requires a system administrator with expertise in multi-platform environments, cloud infrastructure, and technical support operations.
Required Skills (Mandatory)
System Administration:
- Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
- Familiarity with Apple IOS
Cloud Infrastructure:
- Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment
Operations & Support:
- Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades
- Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support
- Demonstrated customer relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Optional Skills (Desired)
- Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum
- Demonstrated experience with wireless
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki
- Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation
- Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments
- Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance
- Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms
- Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System
- Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration
