Primary Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive UI/UX design strategies across projects
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct UX research and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
• Implement accessibility design principles and perform thorough testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile/scrum environment to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Visio
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Angular
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking and documentation
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
