Position Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Description: Primary Responsibilities:
- Define customer experience-led vision and required capabilities
- Conduct business analysis through stakeholder interviews
- Design customer experience touchpoints
- Lead customer-centric strategy projects and pitches
- Create service roadmaps
- Interpret and communicate customer needs
- Develop Go To Market strategies
Design Leadership:
- Analyze target user needs and task performance
- Apply UI/UX design principles
- Guide development of:
- Personas and archetypes
- User journeys/flows
- Task analysis
- Information architecture
- Plan and execute user research and usability testing
- Transform research into actionable recommendations
Mandatory Skills:
- 5-8+ years experience in interface design solutions
- 5+ years proficiency in design software:
- Adobe Creative Suite (emphasis on XD)
- InVision
- 5+ years experience in user research and usability testing
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (groups of 5-30+ people)
- Strong design rationale communication abilities
- Expertise in Agile methodology
- Experience with iterative product design cycles
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with basic design tools (paper, slides)
- Software Engineering background or development practices knowledge
- Experience with:
- Multi-network design delivery
- Leading design/creative teams (3-7+ people)
- Translating research into design requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Experience delivering design projects across multiple networks
